Abstract

In the article we are talking about the shortcomings and gaps in the study of Russian philosophy. In this regard, the question of the criteria of understanding philosophy is raised. An alternative model interpretation of the development of philosophy in Russia is offered. Special attention is paid to the role of the Soviet philosophy of the second half of the 1920s (Deborin’s school), smashed with the victory of Stalinism.
