Contemporary informational society serves as a socio-technological interface between the global informational environment and human society. And that interface is constructed through the technologies of digital network-structured communications. The informational society serves as one of the few cornerstones of the globalization that would hardly be dismantled even in the radical crisis scenarios of global transformations will be enabled. Despite that the information society will be the object for increasing influence from the evolving environment of political, economic and socio-cultural nature. And at some point, that influence could alter the substance and structure of the informational society. The importance of correct understanding of the modern information society as an obviously incomplete object, capable at certain stages of its development of non-synergic changes without losing its socio-technological functions, is significantly increasing. That specific feature of the informational society is emphasized during the periods of the mosaicization and fragmentation of the social environment of the social environment. The destruction of the monopoly of the model of the social development that became a universal one during the period of the late globalization creates the space for the manifestation of the feature of the informational society.
