Proto-Capitalism and Post-Communism in Modern China

Abstract

This article deals with problem of genesis the capitalism in general and especially in China. Author believes that not a labor but the intellect of the Homo Sapiens generates ideas which can create new technics. Created by good ideas of antique private law and social institutes new technics gives the potential for productive forces of protocapitalism as an early economic system. That system can appear only under those favourable conditions. Such conditions in the medieval Western Europe created advanced system of precapitalism. The Orient World hadn’t such conditions. But colonization-westernisation gave it to them. Westernization of Confucian China with its pragmatic mind created most favorable conditions for precapitalism. That is why yesterday maoist-communist country could became as precapitalist (his economic system) and postcommunist one (with transformated communistic doctrine).
