On the Legal Democracy, Power and Society.

Abstract

Proposed text is a continuation of the article ”Legal etatism as a modus vivendi; Russia
(look through the crisis),” published in the journal ”Problems of Philosophy”. 2010. № 4. The
basic idea is to justify the fact that the Russian political system should be built in the new
democratic the legal paradigm. The essence of it is in the transition from democratic of law to
democratic legitimacy. In the establishment of law in Russia during this period can be seen as a
kind of construct and maintain order ”above” and ”below” through social and political consensus
of people and social trade-offs involved everyone in the law-making process.
