Abstract

The paper examines debatable issues concerning continuation of human evolution connected
with NBICS – converging of nano-, bio-, info-, cogno- and socio- and humanities-based
technologies. The authors argue that techno-biological evolution does not necessary lead to
“post-human future”. In the paper the evolution is treated as process of human “technologisation”
leading to “techno-human” and involving in addition creating and mastering of humanities-based
technologies.
