Abstract

The treatment of entropy as a measure of disorder is the bearing (basic) element of tacit knowledge which is lying on the grounds of the modern scientifi c knowledge. This article shows that this treatment is mistaken, and that it has a large negative effect on the modern scientifi c worldview deforming it. The article clarifi es the changes which the rejection of this treatment would cause for the following important parts of modern worldview as synergetics, the theory of natural selection, and the prohibition of perpetual motion engines of the second kind.
