To the Problem of National Form of Social Existence

Abstract

The article analyses the national relations as a special environment of functioning of the
nation. Special attention is given to the problem of the correlation between ethnic and national
and emphasized that the ethnic precedes the national, it is converted into the national, fi lling the
natural, biological, social. Emphasizes that, less than the national interests are taken into account
and implemented in the national policy, the more hypertrophied they are refl ected in the mass
national consciousness. In such conditions the national mood grows into a nationalist. The author
considers, that today in our country the national policies insuffi cient attention is given to and
comes to the conclusion that there needs to be targeted, evidence-based, backed by the power and
the authority of the state, the program or the Concept of the state national policy of Russia.
