Abstract

The article describes the most important legal issues of studding the laws and regularities of
the state and legal reality. It calls attention to the essential faults of the modern explanatory statelegal theory. Furthermore it brings up the problem of the correlation between subjective and
objective, regular and random, theoretical and practical issues in the state-legal researches.
