Synergetic Fusion of Economics and Management, Human Resources and Tradition

Abstract

The article presents local experience of usable programs and projects for area development
based on sustainable development priorities and principles. It is underlined, that in the context of
global turbulence the ideas of sustainable development can be corrected by ideas of synergic theory. On the example of Nizhegorodskaia oblast it is showed how the synergic and “sustainable”
approaches helps to create effectiveness strategy for the government practices.
