Abstract

The article presents the main propositions of the theory of creativity of Y.A. Ponomarev. The fundamental, initial sstatement considers creativity as the attribute of the matter. The main factor providing the phenomenon of creativity is the mechanism of interaction. The scheme of studying creativity is built on the principle of development, stated as the law of transformation of the stages of development of the system into structural levels of its organization and functional steps of the following developing interactions. That is why creativity is described by Ponomarev as the motion from the abstract thinking downwards on the level of intuition (the Unconscious) and then a step-by-step rise via all the levels again upwards. Highlighting intuition allows Ponomarev making a solid line of interaction development from the non-living matter to the human creativity. Alongside with that, the significance of the mechanism of insight, introduced by Ponomarev, for understanding the creativity phenomenon is emphasized.
