Legal Knowledge and Practice in the Context of Non-classical Epistemology

Abstract

The paper analyzes the features of law science knowledge development, assessed the
problems and prospects of integration of the latest philosophical and epistemological and
methodological achievements. Particular attention is given to discussions about the role of
philosophical conceptualizations in the consciousness of legal science, as well as their presence
in law enforcement. We consider the negative effects of an uncritical attitude toward reifi cation
and hypostasis in the legislative and judicial activities.
