Abstract

Some researchers believe that the era of analytical philosophy is over (Peter Hacker). From
the author’s of this paper view, the reason for such standpoint lies in the characteristic properties of
analytical philosophy, a number of which has a form of paradox. One of such paradoxes consists
in the contradiction between analytical philosophy subjects’ completeness and incompleteness
of its nonlinear evolution. Namely the nonlinearity of evolution in common with the analytical
style of philosophizing allow us to speak with confi dence that analytical philosophy continue to
be in existence.
