Abstract

Substantiation of intellectual property is a problem not only in law and economy but in social philosophy as well. Importance of the problem is on the increase in the context of information society, knowledge society and cognitive capitalism. It makes sense to consider intellectual property as a social technology aimed to maintaining balance of franchisors and society interests as well as balance of justice for the sake of development of the society. Criteria of efficiency of intellectual property should be determined by this aim.
