Abstract

The problem of demarcation and methodological foundations of natural and socio-humanistic sciences is raised in the article. The interpretation of relations between sciences of nature and sciences of culture depended on the dominating type of rationality – the instrument to peer into the object. And threre always exists some correlation between changes of the type of rationality as thiking approaches, cognitive strategy and paradigm foundations in natural scientifi c knowledge and socio-humanistic one.
