Abstract

In the twenty-first century increasing confl icts escalated into war, for the mastery of the
resources of the different regions of the Eurasian continent. Weakened the role of the fundamental
values of human civilization, which is in crisis and can no longer ensure the sustainable
existence of homo sapiens. Humanity is facing a multivariate civilizational choice. In part I of
article proposed operational notion of civilization, justifi ed fundamental values of civilization
perspective of real humanism.
