Радикальная критика цивилизации в философии раннего даосизма

Abstract

The article examines the early Taoist philosophy in the overall context of cross-cultural
studies of criticism of civilization. Along with the Cynics philosophical criticism in ancient
Greece, Taoist criticism of civilization is one of the oldest known to us. Negation of civilization
is organically related to the whole complex of Taoist philosophy with its ontology: non-existence
triumphs over being and the natural – over artifi cial. The article also concerns the modern
environmental movement and the modern criticism of civilization, compares the philosophical
foundations of the modern criticism of civilization and the ancient Taoist criticism, revealing the
structural similarity between them.
