Axiological Intuitions of Eurasian Legal Philosophy

Abstract

The article discusses the features of legal and philosophical concepts of classical
Eurasianism. The subject of analysis are its main categories: mestorazvitie, harantiynoe state,
justice, property. Argued that Eurasianism philosophy of law is the result of criticism of the
theoretical bases Evropean modern philosophy using categorical apparatus phenomenology,
axiology, psychology. As a result of this theoretical transformer-originated synthesis of Eurasian
ideology and philosophy of law. Concludes Existence in the philosophy of law and the provisions
of the conclusions that are relevant to modern legal philosophy, they deal with issues of universal
and relativity of different legal cultures in the history and modernity. In this regard, of particular
interest is the question of the specificity of Russian philosophy of law in the context of the
Eurasian paradigm.
