On the issue of the impact on Herzen Cousin, Tseshkovsky and Feuerbach

Abstract

Bicentenary of the Birth of A.I. Herzen was marked by some revival of interest in his activities and views. This revival is especially encouraging given the decline in attention to it in recent decades, although in the previous century all historians of Russian philosophy paid serious attention to the analysis of Herzen's views. Any historian who studied the events of the XIX century. in Russia, he could not ignore the role of Herzen in Russian history, his influence on the liberation movement, on the development of social thought and culture. The interest in his philosophical views, including the process of the formation of his philosophical worldview, is not accidental. In the jubilee year, in a number of speeches, statements flashed that during the formation of his philosophical views, he was influenced by his contemporaries such as Cousin, Tseshkovsky, Feuerbach. Moreover, almost all referred to the work of G.G. Shpet "Herzen's Philosophical Worldview".
