Abstract

Russian philosopher Mikhail A. Rozov had worked out and grounded a kind of specifi c mode of understanding of Science as a unique fi eld of human activity constituting main trends of culture and history. One of the most relevant proprieties of Science is not only widening of horizons of our knowledge, but also constantly reconstructing horizons of our ignorance. Thus, an intellectual as well as institutional dynamics of Science is simultaneously being generated by history and itself generating the history of thought, culture and institutions.
