On the basis of concepts of existentialism, phenomenology and poststructuralism in combination with a topological approach the article offers an existential-topological scheme for substantiating the landscape genesis of subjectivity as such and for each specific individual “I”. The author demonstrates that since the early stages of forming of new-european thought and scientific method, a look at subjectivity and “I”, as ontologically and topologically external in relation to a landscape categories, leads to fundamental errors and defects in practice of the use of natural resources. You can get rid of them only by radically revising the whole metaphysics of a human’s connection with the landscape taking place in a neweuropean culture until now. This revision is objectively needed and historically inevitable.
