The General Scientific Picture of the World – Problems and Prospects

Abstract

New Trend started in the Scientific Cognition of the midle of the 20th century. It’s connected with descovering of new Class of Properties and trends which are present equally in nonorganic, organic and social Systems. Such descovers first of all are specific to the Cybernetics, System Researches, Synergetics, Universal Evolutionism and Diatropics. But not only to them. Author explains new Situa­tion with the Help of the staircaselike Picture of the World. It’s popular and clear. He supposes that this new Field of research Work needs special system cognitive Strategy, and there is need to name this new Field clearly. Idea of homogenious staircaselike World could be possible Foudation for evolving such Strategy. It means researches, named above, descover just this Homogenity. Special Ques­tion is discussed also: how it’s possible to produce visibil Dufferentiation of the World (especially to produce Life and Mind) in such homogeniouse Univers? That is why known Models which used for explaing how it could be discussed here also. And the Conclusion is made that Picture of the world needs one new component, which traditionally is called “spirit” but with new under­standing that it’s able to study scienifically.
